How does the lifetime guarantee work?

Frozen Art Jewelry is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of non-custom, Gold Plated/Vermeil jewelry. If your product fades under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time re-plating for the piece for a discounted fee.


Please note that once a damaged item has been received at our warehouse, we are unable to return it to you. A $20.00 return label fee will be charged for all Standard Deliveries.

  • Solid Gold Jewelry
  • Diamond Jewelry
  • Watches
  • Grillz
  • Glasses
  • Accessories

Watch Warranty

All Frozen Art Jewelry Watches come standard with a 1-Year warranty. A 2-Year warranty is available for purchase at the price of $99 USD within the first 30 days of purchase.

Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship one year from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.

  • The hands, dial and watch movement are the only components covered under this warranty.
  • If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of the merchant.

This warranty does not cover:

  • battery, case, stones, strap, or bracelet
  • damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

This FREE warranty is voided if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. A $100 USD repair fee will be invoiced.

Watch Extended Service Plan

The Frozen Art Jewelry Extended Service Plan (ESP) is an extension to the standard warranty. The standard warranty is already included with your watch purchase. This option will extend warranty coverage by one year, in addition to your original term of coverage. This warranty extension can only be added within 30 days of

the original purchase date.

In addition to the standard policy, this warranty offers:

  • (1) Additional year of coverage
  • 1 – time sapphire glass replacement


Custom Item Warranty + Repairs

Custom items are final sale purchases. All of our Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects within 30 days from the delivery 
date.

This guarantee will be voided immediately if user damage is detected (ie:water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Please allow 4-8 weeks from the day we receive your package to repair the product.

After the 30-day guarantee, all future repairable issues will be invoiced with a $99 repair fee. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be invoiced more than the standard repair fee.

Please note that any damage caused by exposure to water will automatically void any potential repair service, and Frozen Art Jewelry will not be able to repair your product.

Solid Gold Repairs

Solid Gold items are final sale purchases. We offer repair services for a fee of $100 for most future repair issues.
